Summary
As the Director at Trump National Golf Club, you will oversee all operations within our prestigious club Banquet environment. This leadership role is vital in ensuring that we maintain our high standards of service and hospitality while enhancing member satisfaction and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of Banquet operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance member experiences and increase club revenue.
- Supervise culinary operations, including menu development and catering services.
- Oversee training and development programs for staff to maintain high service standards.
- Manage food safety protocols and compliance with health regulations.
- Coordinate events and banquets to ensure seamless execution and member satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with members and guests to understand their needs and preferences.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong culinary background with knowledge of catering operations.
