Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Swimming Coach to join our team at Trump National Golf Club. In this role, you will be responsible for developing swimming skills among our members of all ages while promoting safety and enjoyment in the water.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging swim programs for members of various skill levels.
- Conduct swim lessons and clinics focusing on technique improvement and water safety.
- Monitor pool activities to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
- Provide feedback and encouragement to swimmers to foster their development.
- Organize swim meets and events to promote club engagement.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance overall member experience.
- Maintain accurate records of swimmer progress and attendance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in swimming or aquatic programs.
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols.
- Lifeguard certification is required; additional certifications in coaching preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with members and staff.
- Ability to work with children and adults in a supportive manner.
- Experience working with students or youth programs is beneficial.
