What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Lounge Bartender position at Trump National Golf Club?
This is an exciting position to work for a premier private, Member-only golf club in Potomac Falls, VA. In this position you will need to have excellent communication skills, time management and organizational skills. This position will also require the following:
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and a team environment - (Club Pool)
Available to work varied shifts to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 pounds and be able to stoop and bend.
MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
Responsibilities:
- Offer professional table service for members and guests, and presents/processes chits accurately.
- Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work station at all times.
- Responsible for timely and efficient service of food and beverage to members, families and guests.
- Knowledge and understanding of menus
- Maintain a neat, clean appearance at all times including name tags and uniforms.
- Use Members’ and guests’ names on a consistent basis and provide them with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle Member and guest routine comments in a professional manner according to Club policies and refer any issues or concerns to management.
- Complete opening and closing side duties as assigned.
- Anticipate the needs of Members and guests and provide a proactive service style.
- Maintain a neat and orderly account of all food and beverage sales.
- Work as a contributing player to the team, with an open mind and positive attitude.
- Able to carry trays, glassware and dishware
- Any other tasks assigned by a manager.
