Upscale, boutique hotel seeking part-time Breakfast Server. Our friendly, professional, energetic, and enthusiastic Servers greet hotel guests each morning during breakfast service to start their day by delivering the best five-star service!
Position Title: Breakfast Server
Location: Albemarle Estate at Trump Winery in Charlottesville, VA - 15 minutes south of Charlottesville city limits, 20 minutes north of Scottsville
Hours: Part Time - on-site (under 30 hours per week - Mornings, 4 to 5 shifts per week ( 7:30am – 11:30am) – weekdays and weekends
Wage: $9.00 per hr base tips average between $15 and $20 per hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Greet and educate guest on Trump Winery, the Albemarle Estate menu, wine and Charlottesville tourism
- Serve breakfast from a la cart menu to guests in an expeditious and highly guest-oriented fashion
- Setup and breakdown of continental breakfast
- Respond well to guest questions regarding Trump Winery, Trump Winery entrees and cuisine, winemaking, and Albemarle Estate
- Clean, organize, and stock the kitchen, storage rooms, and restrooms
- Use POS system
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Previous fine dining experience preferred
- Ability to interact with guests with all levels of fine dining and wine knowledge
- Ability to communicate professionally in person and on the phone at all times
- Ability to anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Pre-employment background check required
