Trumpet Behavioral Health (TBH) is hiring a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our local clinical team and thrive in our Dallas, TX Center!

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years as a BCBA clinician
- A leader who wants to provide training and supervision for our technician staff and to create a fun, teamwork-focused environment
- someone who thrives when part of a collaborative team
- Knowledgeable of DTT and can develop and implement FBAs, FAAs, PBSP and PBIP
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting while meeting the needs of patients, families and team members
- Passionate about and dedicated to changing the lives of patients and families by helping them reach their full potential
Required: Master’s Degree or higher
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for students
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Write and maintain positive behavior support plans
- Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum student progress
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Develop and conduct staff trainings
- Collaborate with other BCBAs and all campus leadership teams
- Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
