Regional Sales Manager - Services Responsibilities
Generate Services OI through active sales, customer responsibility & relationship and increase customer loyalty
- Actively covers entire Services portfolio and penetrates entire market / existing customer base (advanced expertise esp. for Services standard products) remotely and on site.
- Focus on Lead-driven / "event-related" actions (e.g. extension of service contract)
- Enabling digital channels (remote & digital self-service)
- Commercial responsibility, directly closes orders / contracts
- Different counterparts at the customer (e.g. operators) than Account Manager
- Takes care of top customers, high demands with respect to Services (e.g., Large Accounts, Stars)
- Collaborate with sales reps, distributors, and external partners to enhance market reach.
- Maintain diligent records in our CRM system and provide regular updates to sales management.
