Trupanion, the leading pet health insurance provider, is seeking a Territory Partner Associate (TPA) to manage and grow our territory along the I-5 corridor from Salem, Oregon, to the state's southern border. What You'll Do

As a TPA, you’ll develop and grow your exclusive territory through proactive account management, relationship-building, and sales execution :

Sales Territory Development

Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within veterinary practices, shelters, rescues, and State Farm offices.
Achieve aggressive sales goals with a focus on maximizing performance and profitability.

Account Management

Build and maintain relationships with veterinary teams and other accounts to promote Trupanion's services.

Conduct in-clinic presentations and provide ongoing support to veterinary professionals.

Sales Execution

Influence decision-makers to prioritize pet insurance discussions using consultative sales approaches.

Implement and sustain Trupanion programs by appointing and supporting Client Education Coordinators in accounts.

Account Visits

Maintain a monthly schedule of 120-200 account visits to ensure consistent engagement and support.

Portal Adoption

Ensure veterinary hospitals implement Trupanion’s Portal for seamless client experiences and direct pay.

Administrative Duties

Attend weekly team meetings and maintain accurate activity records using CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics.

Utilize data analysis tools such as Tableau to refine strategies and report on performance.

Event Participation

Represent Trupanion at local events, conferences, and expos to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

What You'll Need

Sales Experience

Proven success in sales with strong consultative selling skills and a focus on measurable goals.

Experience in territory management or account-based sales is highly preferred.

Other Requirements

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to obtain a State Property and Casualty Insurance License.
