What You’ll Do
- Build & Grow Your Book of Business – Develop relationships with shippers and carriers, negotiate freight rates, and close deals that drive revenue.
- Hunt for New Business – Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Manage & Maintain Accounts – Ensure top-tier service by coordinating shipments, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Drive Profitability – Strategically price freight to maximize margins while staying competitive in the market.
- Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with operations and leadership to refine processes and drive company growth.

Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000 Annual Salary 35% Uncapped Commission – Commission kicks in once you've exceeded your base salary.
