We work with patients suffering from complex conditions like peripheral neuropathy, chronic back pain, migraines, and more. As part of our Production Team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our patients through their healing journey by setting up CBP traction equipment that helps correct spinal alignment and improve quality of life.
We are looking for a person who is:
- Passionate about patient care and take pride in seeing people improve.
- An empathetic individual who can emotionally self-regulate under pressure-because our patients need your presence and compassion.
- Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for safety and patient outcomes.
- Able to move quickly in our fast-paced environment.
- Dedicated to ongoing learning and development-you thrive in a space where you can grow your skills and contribute to the team's success.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional patient care: You'll ensure every patient receives compassionate, results-driven treatment, collaborating closely with our doctors and team members.
- Master CBP traction set-ups: Work with state-of-the-art equipment such as the Robo Table, UTS Units, and Denneroll Table to help patients achieve spinal restoration.
- Grow your impact: Take on increasing responsibility as you grow in your role, supported by mentorship and continuous learning.
- Educate and empower patients: Help them understand the importance of their treatment, ensuring they feel confident and involved in their health journey.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Background in engineering, physics or anatomy & physiology is a great advantage; however, all training will be provided.
- Commitment to learning: Willing to attend hands-on CBP Workshops to stay at the forefront of cutting-edge techniques.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to foster patient trust and collaboration with team members.
- Team player: You thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment where everyone is dedicated to a shared mission.
- Time management: You know how to balance patient care, administrative tasks, and skill-building opportunities without missing a beat.
Your Impact Matters
This isn't just about setting up traction equipment. It's about creating measurable, life-altering outcomes for the people you serve. You'll be a part of a practice that takes pride in helping patients live pain-free lives, restore mobility, and get back to doing what they love.
No experience? No problem! We value dedication and a willingness to learn over everything else. Our team will support you every step of the way, offering the training you need to excel and grow.
