Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cleaning industry to drive revenue growth.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and managing the sales pipeline.- Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications:- Preferred Bi- Lingual
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred; an associate degree is beneficial with relevant experience.- Experience: Several years of experience in sales, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry, with a proven sales record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Certifications: - Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) - Sales Management Certification is a plus - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Certification or familiarity with CRM software-Skills: - Strong sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and present effective solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders. - Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure favorable contracts and terms. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. - Solid understanding of the cleaning industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
