We are looking for an Access Control Support Analyst for a company located in Huntsville, AL.
Required Skills:
- 1 years experience in a technical support role working specifically with access controls and/or video surveillance
- Experience with ticketing systems - ServiceNow, IT Cares, or similar
- Previous experience working with CCTV cameras or related systems
Additional Skills:
- Programming experience
- Experience configuring door locks and fire panels
Responsibilities:
- Work with technician onsite to perform troubleshooting and installations of access controls and surveillance cameras
- Respond to ticketing issues and assign escalated tickets to technicians
- Install and maintain systems for facilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
