Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails and provide prompt assistance.
- Create and manage service requests from phone calls and emails.
- Escalate service issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Perform remote troubleshooting on ATMs using third-party software.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service (restaurant, retail, or call center preferred)
- Strong computer skills with the ability to type at least 45 WPM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
