Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, including those related to TILA and ACH.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs that align with industry standards.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to financial concepts and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate potential fraud incidents and implement fraud prevention detection measures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in regulations affecting the banking sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a compliance analyst role

Pay: $80,042.00 - $95,675.00 per year
