Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Helpdesk Specialist to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while assisting users with technical issues related to Teams, Outlook, Active Directory, Windows 11, 0365. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- The company is currently implementing a new CRM after being bought out so they will need to answer questions internally related to the new system
- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve basic IT issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Provide support for Microsoft Windows
- Assist with password resets, account lockouts, and access requests
- Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved
Required Skills
- 1 years of experience in an corporate IT help desk or college student help desk role
- Proficient in O365, Active Directory, Teams, Outlook, and Windows 11
- Experience doing password resets and answering basic IT questions
Additional Skills
- Customer service background
- Experience using a ticketing system
