Responsibilities
- Manage multiple land development projects from acquisition through final completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise site development activities, including grading, utilities, road construction, and landscaping.
Experience
- 3 years in a land development manager or project manager position.
- Familiar with reading blueprints and plans for land development.
- Understands mass grading, clearing, erosion control measures, underground utilities, etc.
