We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical support issues. Provide timely and accurate information to resolve issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Liaise with different departments (e.g., sales, technical teams, logistics) to coordinate solutions and maintain smooth operational flow.
- Responsible for sending out invoices to customers based on completion of request
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a customer support or help desk role, preferably at a national level
- Proficiency working with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Ability to communicate effectively internally as well as with customers
