Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QR Specialist to join our team.
Duties
- Review service requests that have been through the Quality Review process to determine next actions.
- Create and manage follow-up work orders when necessary.
- Verify that service requests are properly completed before billing.
- Analyze technician and customer field notes to compare them with case records.
- Ensure that all requested work has been completed and that charges are correctly applied.
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation.
Experience
- Experience in quality assurance, data review, or an analytical role (e.g., data entry, insurance, service industry)
- Strong deductive reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in service records
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
