Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service and Data Entry specialist for this role. This candidate will ideally be very detail oriented and be comfortable working in excel and spreadsheets.
Responsibilities
This is going to be a very customer service/data analysis driven role. They will be working with spreadsheets in excel in order to analyze the Smart Meter installation returns and coordinate process improvement. They will also be following up on installations to be sure they are completed and working with a team to recognize trends in installation returns.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience in customer service
- Advanced in excel (formulas, pivot tables, visualization tools)
- Experience working with SAP
Additional Skills:
- Work order generation
- Working on projects with a team
- Experience with process improvement
- Service Now experience
- Basic knowledge of meter installation
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
