Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement production strategies to improve output and maintain high-quality manufacturing practices.
- Lead and mentor production supervisors and team leads, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain effective communication with internal departments, including dispatch, HR, and senior management.
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing of materials, and equipment maintenance.
- Address customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in construction or building materials manufacturing.
- 3 years of supervisory experience, with a track record of strong leadership and team development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and implement improvements.
- Experience in workforce planning, hiring, and employee relations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
