- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to quality standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively fulfill them to enhance their dining experience.
- Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal, promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment.
