What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Trust and Will Center?
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide overall administrative support within our business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and strong computer skills, as well as the ability to follow directions and multitask effectively. POTENTIALLY A FULL-TIIME POSITION.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering the phone, managing schedules and emails, printing and organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and overall office organizing tasks
- Assist with project management event planning
- Schedule client appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
-Other various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
-Associate's degree and/or previous experience in an administrative assistant role preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and follow directions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
