What you'll do...
We are seeking a Project Compliance Analyst to support CMMI, ISO, and PMO Operations while assisting with compliance and certification initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop expertise in project management, governance, risk management, and process optimization related to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), and ISO standards (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, etc.). The candidate will play a key role in supporting compliance initiatives and ensuring alignment with project management best practices.
Day to day you’ll …
- Lead initiatives to achieve and maintain CMMC and CMMI, and ISO certifications.
- Support gap assessments, risk analyses, and process evaluations to identify non-compliance areas.
- Help develop and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, ensuring required documentation is up to date.
- Schedule and perform internal audits in preparation for annual external audits.
- Act as a point of contact for external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for compliance and operational efficiency.
- Track risk management strategies and corrective action plans for compliance issues.
- Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, status reports, and dashboards for compliance-related projects.
- Support PMO governance efforts, including developing workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor key project performance indicators (KPIs), deliverables, and milestones.
- Support ongoing PMO efforts ensuring alignment with project governance frameworks.
What you'll bring to the team
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Project Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
- 2 years of experience in compliance, project management, risk management, or quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of CMMC, CMMI, ISO 27001, or other compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of risk management or process improvement methodologies.
- Exposure to project management concepts (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.
