This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate for this position will use their work experience, good judgment, and skills to strategically litigate contested estate-related legal matters in both probate and civil court. 5 years of litigation experience is preferred. Candidate should possess a solid foundation of legal research, writing, and practical court experience.
This is a long-term position with room for growth as we always look to promote from within first.
