Job Description
Sebanda Insurance is seeking energetic and driven individuals that are responsible for the profitable growth and attainment of business goals by driving new business sales and understanding customers’ needs to build rapport and trust. As an insurance sales representative you will work with a dynamic team of mutual sales representatives that share your desire to win. Key Responsibilities
- Successfully closes sales of insurance products including auto, homeowners and umbrella policies
- Meets and exceeds sales goals through new product sales, cross sell/retention of customers
- Proactively expand sales by making initial contact, explaining policy features and agency value by providing price quotes and preparing proposals
- Delivers optimal results within appropriate metrics, including quality, quantity, timeliness, productivity, customer satisfaction and financial performance, including compliance with all rules, procedures and standards
- Understands, promotes, and remains current on company underwriting guidelines, announcements, and memos related to changes in company policies and procedures
- Receive customer payments and issues receipt
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting required
- Must have strong interpersonal skills written, verbal and listening
- Must have strong work ethics and a positive attitude
- Must have a valid 440 or 220 license

Pay: $55,000 - $90,000 per year (Based on experience and qualifications)
