What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Litigation Paralegal position at Trust Point Inc.?
Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a boutique business and commercial litigation law firm in its search for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join its busy and growing practice. This is a direct hire role out of the firm's Midtown New York offices.
The successful Commercial Litigation Paralegal will :
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a law firm environment (boutique to mid-size);
- Commercial litigation experience a huge plus!; experienced with filing in NY state and federal courts;
- Be commutable to Midtown on a reliable basis (one remote day will be considered);
- be extremely organized with an eye for detail;
- Solid communication skills;
- team player spirit.
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time. Infrequent lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
Salary : $80k , commensurate with experience; medical, dental, vision and 401(k) offered.
This is an onsite position with one day a week remote permitted.
