This is a full-time hybrid position working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR, RETIREMENT PLAN SERVICES
- Identify, understand, and implement strategic initiatives related to Retirement Plan Services
- Work with the Retirement Plan Services Compliance Manager to oversee the compliance process
- Lead risk assessment initiatives and oversee internal and external audits
- Working with the Vice President, Retirement Plan Services Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations
- Optimize workflows and leverage technology within operations to enhance automation and improve service delivery
- Work with the Managing Director, Retirement Plan Services to lead the Relationship Management team in delivering exceptional client service
- 4 Year Degree Business, Accounting, Finance or other relevant degree, required.
- 15 or more years of industry or relevant experience
- Proven leadership experience in managing compliance, operations, and relationship management teams within a retirement plan services environment
- In-depth knowledge of ERISA, DOL, IRS and other related regulations
