Job Description :
- Responsible for leading the global brand equity, portfolio strategy, and international market expansion of one of our private label brands
- Identify consumer needs / insights, category trends, and commercial opportunities across multiple markets
- Study quantitative and qualitative data to identify issues / opportunities
- Lead the development of the Brand Strategic Plan and Regional / Global expansion strategy
- Lead the development of the Brand’s 24 month rolling New Products Pipeline from ideation, to concept development to NPD qualification to regional marketing launch campaigns and toolkits
- Drive growth, track performance, and achieve commercial targets for his / her portfolio; manage A&P budget
- Work with cross-functional teams, channel, distributor, and / or agency partners
