Working hours : Near Joo Koon MRT - Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days in the office)
Job Scope :
- Identify consumer needs / insights, category trends, and commercial opportunities across multiple markets.
- Study quantitative and qualitative data to identify issues / opportunities.
- Lead the development of the Brand Strategic Plan and Regional / Global expansion strategy.
- Lead the development of the Brand’s 24-month rolling New Products Pipeline from ideation to concept development to NPD qualification to regional marketing launch campaigns and toolkits.
- Drive growth, track performance, and achieve commercial targets for the portfolio; manage A&P budget.
- Work with cross-functional teams, channel, distributor, and / or agency partners.
