Data Center Operations
Align with suppliers, manage contracts, and drive efficiency in asset management.
Review and improve SLAs, KPIs, and OKRs to enhance operations.
Ensure the building landlord adheres to service agreements.
Support global initiatives like environmental health, safety, and risk assessments.
Manage the Data Center’s budget, ensuring fiscal discipline.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound processes.
Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure secure destruction of sensitive data.
Adhere to safety protocols and report security concerns promptly.
Service Delivery
Ensure end-to-end service compliance, quality, and client satisfaction.
Manage client relationships and exceed expectations.
Resolve issues efficiently by leveraging expertise and escalating when needed.
Share best practices with internal teams to prevent recurring issues.
Lead key processes, prioritize work, and adjust resources as needed.
Empower teams to collaborate and provide the necessary support for cross-functional work.
Data Center Work Environment
Drive service implementation, adoption, and training for optimal support.
Remove barriers to agility, enabling quick priority shifts without loss of productivity.
Foster diverse viewpoints to create cross-organizational strategies.
Establish a culture of safety, quality, and customer focus.
Encourage successful collaboration and problem-solving across teams.
Delegate effectively to leverage team capabilities and deliver results.
Act as a trusted advisor, promoting growth and recognizing team successes.
Ownership
Take pride in end-to-end service quality and customer experience.
Identify and resolve issues, ensuring the highest service standards.
Communicate risks, dependencies, and budgets to drive informed business decisions.
Model accountability, drive team morale, and foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in management or leadership roles (e.g., overseeing teams, managing budgets, project management).
In-depth understanding of networking, hardware, software, and infrastructure management.
Experience in Data Centre design, build-out, and management.
Familiarity with Data Centre infrastructure (servers, racks, cooling systems, power, storage).
Knowledge of Data Centre industry standards, such as ISO 27001, ISO50001, SS564, Uptime Institute, TIA 942 etc.
Strong ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring that all staff members work efficiently and safely.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Ability to handle budgets, forecasting, and operational planning.
Capacity to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
