Job Description
A Trust Relations Account Executive works as a remote, full-time employee, has substantial experience executing innovative publicity campaigns in the B2B technology space a is passionate & enthusiastic about our industry, and uniquely experienced to generate crossover media exposure. Account work done by AE may also include content strategy, creation, and distribution, as well as data-driven reporting & analysis.
The Account Executives are masters of execution and consistently deliver high-quality results for a variety of clients. You'll confidently interact with client contacts through email and calls, as needed. You'll easily navigate responsibilities on multiple clients with great success and show consistent performance across a variety of accounts with an ability to take fluctuations in workload with ease. You learn quickly, rarely make the same mistakes twice, and consistently instill confidence in senior team members.
Qualifications
Duties include :
Work across multiple B2B / Tech accounts to consistently produce results within our core services of media relationsManage several B2B Tech accounts with a positive and proactive attitudeActively participate and contribute to client calls, when neededProviding counsel to clients - ongoing and when faced with good news or unexpected challengesDevelop and foster an exceptional rapport with current and potential clientsEnsuring the strategic value and highest quality of all client deliverablesCommunicating - both verbally and written - regarding strategic client documents and discussionsRespond to client requests and ensure requests are taken care of in an efficient mannerAssist where needed in writing press releases, pitch letters, and communication plansExecuting all aspects of strategic media relations; leveraging existing relationships with reporters and outlets on behalf of client and agencyBuilding new media relationships; proactively engaging media on a regular basisSecuring and staffing interviews; developing savvy and timely ideas and moving pitches from "concept to coverage"Developing junior team members as neededPerform both ongoing and ad-hoc projects as necessarySkills Required :
2 years' PR experienceB.S / B.A in public relations, marketing, business communications or related field, preferred based of media contactsMust have both the ability to both work independently without guidance, as well as collaboratively with a teamMust have a well-rounded understanding of B2B / tech marketing spaceMust be detail-oriented and highly organizedAbility to meet deadlines without sacrificing qualityOut-of-the-box thinker and creative writerPrevious experience working with teams in multiple locationsA team player and a joy to work with this is non-negotiable at Trust Relations ;-)
