Cardellino, our Italian Chophouse is looking to add a expo/food runner to our staff for our nightly dinner service. Another great position for those who are new to the industry and want to explore the world of hospitality as a career. We're open Tuesday-Sunday and shifts start at 4pm.

EXPO/FOOD RUNNER -
The Expo position is essential to the proper flow of food from the kitchen to the guests at the table. This position holds the line of communication from other staff members to Chef and vice versa. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- ensuring that orders for tables are correct and leave the kitchen in a timely manner
- having a constant pulse on each station within the kitchen, ability to catch anything that may have been missed
- ability to multitask and communicate well
