Job Purpose:

This position plays a critical role in enterprise planning, governance, and execution by managing tools, developing dashboards, and maintaining a robust knowledge library. This role ensures that enterprise planning cycles run smoothly by setting schedules, defining planning requirements, and developing clear communications and instructions. The analyst ensures consistency across planning efforts and supports governance processes by delivering accurate data, actionable insights, and tools for effective decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:

Enterprise Planning Schedule and Requirements Management:
  • Develop and maintain the quarterly and annual enterprise planning schedule and process, ensuring alignment with governance forums and organizational priorities.
  • Draft and distribute communications and instructions to guide business areas and shared service teams through planning cycles.
  • Ensure adherence to the planning schedule by monitoring deadlines, providing reminders, and tracking submissions.
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Aggregate and validate enterprise-wide data to ensure accuracy and completeness for governance forums and decision-making (data hygiene)
  • Create dashboards and reports to visualize systemic health and progress toward enterprise goals.
  • Monitor the timeliness of data updates, ensuring reports are aligned with planning schedules and governance timelines.
  • Monitor and report on data hygiene
Tool Management and Training:
  • Configure and maintain portfolio management and/or planning tools
  • Develop user guides, training sessions, and onboarding materials for planning tools, ensuring accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot tool-related issues and collaborate with corporate IT and learning teams to enhance usability and efficiency.
Knowledge Management:
  • Create and manage a centralized knowledge library for entire department.
  • Ensure the repository is regularly updated new standards and requirements.
  • Provide stakeholders with clear guidance on accessing and utilizing the repository to align their work with enterprise planning standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with Portfolio Planning Consultants, Enterprise Execution and Governance Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure metrics and reporting are accurate and actionable.
  • Participate in retrospectives to gather feedback and implement process improvements for future planning cycles.
Key Outputs:
  • Planning Schedules and Instructions: Comprehensive quarterly and annual planning schedules with clear deadlines, submission requirements, and communications.
  • Dashboards and Reports: Accurate, actionable insights for systemic health monitoring, governance forums, and decision-making.
  • Knowledge Repository: Accessible and up-to-date documentation of planning processes, governance standards, and tool usage.
  • Audit Reports: Detailed compliance metrics for adherence to enterprise work standards and planning requirements.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • 5 years of experience in data analytics, process management, portfolio planning, or related roles within a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience working with enterprise planning frameworks and maintaining knowledge management libraries.
  • Proven track record of creating enterprise-level dashboards, reports, and maintaining knowledge management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to aggregate, validate, and interpret data at an enterprise level
  • Expertise in creating dashboards and tools that provide insights into systemic health, enterprise portfolio progress, and governance adherence.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools for developing actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with defining and documenting workflows and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Understanding of governance processes, including planning cycles, submission requirements, and risk escalation protocols.
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining enterprise tools and systems for portfolio management and workflow tracking.
  • Experience with knowledge repository systems (e.g. Sharepoint) to ensure accessibility, clarity, and usability across teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with IT or corporate learning functions to develop and deliver tool-specific training materials.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to align stakeholders, manage expectations, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Skilled in creating clear and concise planning instructions, governance documentation, and process requirements.
  • Adept in communicating complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

Base Salary Range:
$81,500.00 - $122,300.00
