Duties And Responsibilities
Summer interns must be able to work during the summer months 25 - 30 hours per week. We are seeking a candidate who can start in May 2025. The position is Monday through Friday, typically from 8AM – 5PM. Additional hours may be required as needed. The position will primarily be located at 371 North West Street, Olney, IL. The position requires long periods of sitting in front of a computer. Noise level is moderate, and the office is well lit. The duties of the job may require the employee to stand, walk, use hands, and feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands, arms, and talk, or hear. Ability to lift 25-pounds. Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus. Some work may be repetitive at the computer and the position requires direct work with the public.

COMPENSATION And BENEFITS
This is a temporary paid internship position. The rate of pay is $16.00/per hour. Due to the temporary nature of the internship lasting less than 90-days, standard TrustBank benefits are not applicable. The position does accrue some limited paid time off. You will ultimately gain the value of the professional experience, which will provide excellent networking contacts within TrustBank.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with adaptability, a growth mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Excel, Outlook and Teams. Ability to perform data entry, report preparation, and analysis. Familiarity with customer relationship management software and financial operations are a plus. The ability to quickly learn and adapt around new software is essential.

- Provide support across multiple departments, including trust operations, financial advisors, marketing, and banking.
- Assist with various projects, including research, reporting, and data analysis across different business areas.
- Support financial advisors by reviewing reports and researching stocks, money managers, funds, and investment strategies.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including content development, social media, event coordination, and outreach initiatives.
- Gain exposure to trust operations by assisting with account administration, compliance-related tasks, and operational duties.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing paperwork, answering phones, responding to client inquiries, and preparing for meetings.
- Perform additional duties and assist with projects as needed

Requirements
