Job Title : Senior Human Resources Coordinator

Reports to : Human Resources Manager

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Salary Grade : NE15

Supervisory Responsibility : Yes

SUMMARY :

The Learning Management System Administrator provides administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources and the Human Resources Manager on all personnel matters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.

  • Oversee daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring the system is running smoothly
  • Manager user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring the correct access to training programs.
  • Upload, update and manage course content and training materials within the LMS.
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues related to the LMS and coordinate with IT support if needed.
  • Work closely with the Training and Compliance Department to identify training needs and ensure the delivery of training initiatives.
  • Ensure all mandatory training is tracked, assigned, and completed within required timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with new LMS features and best practices to improve user experience and training effectiveness
  • Administration and tracking of performance reviews
  • Performs customer service function by responding to employee telephone calls, requests, and questions

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to work well independently and in groups.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs; Excel and Word.
  • PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

  • A bachelor’s degree in business related field.
  • POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS :

    This is a full-time position. Office hours Monday – Friday 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

    TRAVEL :

    Occasional travel for recruiting events. Valid driver’s license required.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS :

    Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace ; bilingual skills a plus. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information, including but not limited to company policies and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
