Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with all cash and non-cash related transactions and services.
- Process the night drop and balance Automated Teller Machines on a daily basis.
- Balance individual till every day.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Trustco Bank's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Cash handling experience.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
