Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound calling to potential clients to promote products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry, order processing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and any additional languages spoken (bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus).
- Maintain an organized office environment while managing administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for office tasks.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing our customer outreach efforts.
