**Experience:• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:
Guaranteed Hours: 40.
On call starts at the end scheduled shift (5:30pm) and call back starts automatically.
Neuro Interventional Radiology Tech - 8 or 10h day shifts (7:30a-4:00pm or 7:00a-5:30pm). Occasional weeknight call will be required.
Must have at least 2 years experience in the interventional neuro setting.
Will accept a combination of IR/Cath Lab and Neuro experience, but must have specific neuro skillset for consideration.
ARRT or RCIS certs are required.
Familiarity with neuroimaging techniques and procedures.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating neuroimaging equipment, including angiography systems and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) equipment. Familiarity with image analysis software.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, and neurovascular diseases. Familiarity with interventional neurology procedures, including endovascular thrombectomy, embolization, and stenting.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when analyzing and documenting imaging data.
Collaborate with neuro-interventionalists and other healthcare professionals in performing various complex neuro-interventional procedures, including but not limited to aneurysm coiling, arteriovenous malformation (AVM) embolization, carotid artery stenting, intracranial stenting, and intracranial thrombectomy.
Assists physicians, according to OR standards of practice.
Responsible for maintenance of sterile field, proper set-up, and handling and maintenance of equipment and injection of contrast media. Provides basic and advanced life support according to AHA standards under direct supervision of physician or according to protocol. This includes cardioversion and defibrillation, starting intravenous lines, CPR, and airway support
