**Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience:• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Infusion Center experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local only, travel not allowed. Candidates must live <60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Guaranteed Hours: 40
Monday - Friday
No weekeneds or call required
On demand compounding experience - Preferred
Hazourdous compounding experience - Preferred (chemo meds etc)
2 references from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Driver's license required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician)
