**Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Experience:• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Guaranteed Hours 40
Do you allow self-scheduling or Block scheduling?: No, set daily schedule. Can self schedule on call to a degree.
Weeknight/Call Requirements: Yes, 1-2 nights/wk. Call covers 3 campuses
Weekend/Call Requirements: yes, 1 weekend/month
Holiday/Call Requirements: yes, rotating
What is call response time?: 30 minutes
Floating Requirements: Yes, as needed - will float to Lakeside & Immanuel (Omaha)
Suites/labs: 1
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: CAD, AMI, IP and OP adults
Experience or 'Must have' skills: doing left heart caths, stent placement, ICD, Pacemaker, etc.
Required Certifications: ARRT or RCIS registered
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past 12 months.
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
Scrub Color/Dress Code: hospital supplied scrubs
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
