**Experience:• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Shift duration and time: 8-10 hr shifts ranging start time 0700-0800.
Must be able to perform peripheral IR and neuro stroke IR. Example of procedures- thrombectomy, venous access, drain procedures, stent /coil procedures.
On call afterhours, weekends, holidays. Approximately 7-10 days of call in a 5 week period.
1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Driver's license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• VI (Vascular Interventional Radiography)
