**Experience:• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Blood Banking experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Weekends
Weekend rotation= every other weekend
Call is not required but optional (If requested its an every 4th week rotation of call)
40 guaranteed hours
Guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation.
Must have strengths in antibody identification and managing work out-put in with a high volume workload
AMT or ASCP required
Must BE MT or MLS; No MLTs
Scrubs or business casual. No jeans, no t-shirts
Must have highest frequency scores on Skills Checklist. (required)
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• MT/MLS (Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist)
