• 10 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months. Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee. ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any) Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs. RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted. Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination of contract and system DNR.
