**Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience:• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

Additional Details:
Home health experience strongly preferred. HCHB experience preferred.
