**Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Experience:• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 6 months of Wound / Ostomy Care experience is required from last 6 months.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Must have Wound care/ostomy assessment, staging, interventions, and wound vac knowledge.
WCN or WOCN (wound care certification) preferred
Scrub Color/Attire – scrubs (any color)
Maximum days off: 10 days
2 references from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Driver's license required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CWOCN (Certified Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse)
