**Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Experience:• 10 months of role experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
RTO required with submission, must be built into contract
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Block Schedules: No
Shift/Hours: (Monday - Friday). M-F for 8.5 hours (30 minute lunch break)
10-hour shifts only during holiday weeks to accommodate 40 guaranteed hours.
Radiation Therapist would need to be fully competent on Varian TruBeam linacs , Halcyon, and Aria version 15, preferred they have knowledge with Vision RT or OSMS.
Dress Code: Scrubs (black pants, any top)
Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away from the facility for 6 months or more
Current employees are ineligible to be hired as a traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location
Maximum days off: 7 days
1 reference from last 24 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 24 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• T (Radiation Therapy)
