**Experience:• 24 months of role experience is required.
• 12 months of travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Adult care and ICU required, NICU experience with PALS and NRP -preferred - NICU has Jet vent.
SHIFT/HOURS:12/36 day/night rotation Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
Additional Information: This will be a variable day / night line. Shift times are 0700-1930 and 1900-0730.
Recent NICU experience is required
Maximum days off: 5 days
2 references from last 24 months (Any reference type) - required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
