**Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience:• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• 12 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:
3x12 or 4x12s travelers choice
Peds experience required
Must float between SRC and YSC campuses (1 block away from each other, they share a parking lot and have shuttle for travelers)
Disciplines REQ: Trauma experience, Adult Critical care ventilator experience
Disciplines Preferred: Extra Corporal experience
Weekend REQ: Every other
Is on-call REQ? N

Special Requirements: Preferred experience with Puritan Bennett and Vyaire Avea
RTO - we can auto approve up to 7 days
We will still sub 1.5 Yrs if Level I or travel exp
