Travel (Respiratory Therapist) - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit

• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

• 10 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months. Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years Is on-call required? No Are weekends required? Yes 12 hour shift Are block schedules required? Yes Special requirements: Pediatric Experience, NICU/PICU preferred. We are looking for pediatric experience, PICU. If they also happen to have NICU experience it is a plus but not required.
