**Experience:• 12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Required: LTC or Rehab experience
