**Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience:• 24 months of Social Work experience is preferred.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:
Monday - Friday.
No weekends or no on call. 6 month assignment in outpatient oncology.
