**Experience:• 36 months of role experience is required.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Please be expected to float between Bob Wilson, St. Catherine - GC, and St. Catherine - DC as this is a requirement for Centura Health.
Covid Boosters are preferred, but not required.

Contract Labor Zone: Zone 4: (based in Garden City, KS)- Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital, St. Catherine - Dodge City KS, St. Catherine - Garden City KS
Three years of sterile processing or operating room experience.
Previous leadership experience, strongly preferred.
Preferred Knowledge of all regulatory guidelines and standards of practice as it relates to AAMI, AORN, Joint Commission and OSHA
High School Diploma or GED- required
Advanced Degree - preferred
Sterile Processing and Distribution Certification (CRCST), Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS) Certification or
Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) -required
Infection control
1 reference from any number of months (Any reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CBSPD))
